BENGALURU AGRI EXPO 26: Terms & Conditions

Only registered exhibitors and invited vendors are eligible to participate in the expo.
Cancellations are subject to approval. Refunds, if any, will follow the policy stated during registration.
All Stalls must comply with the expo guidelines including setup, safety, and decor standards. Unauthorized modifications are not allowed.
The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property. Participants are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage.
All products must be displayed according to expo standards. Restricted or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Sharing stalls with unregistered participants is not permitted. Each stall must be managed by the registered exhibitor.
Exhibitors must adhere to the official expo schedule. Entry and exit outside approved times are not allowed without prior permission.
Photography inside the expo is allowed only in public areas. Personal Stalls require consent for photography or video recording.
All exhibitors must comply with local government and legal regulations during the expo. Non-compliance may result in penalties or expulsion.
